Delta Israel Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Fountain Pen Due to the great success of the Israel 50 collection, launched ten years ago to celebrate Israel's Jubilee, Delta has created the Israel 60 collection to commemorate Israel's significant anniversary. In 1948, the nation of Israel declared its independence, and in 2008 it celebrated its 60th anniversary. The clip is made of solid .925 sterling silver (18k solid gold in the Celebration edition) and reproduces the Yad. A Yad, which literally means "hand," is a ritual Jewish pointer used to point to the text during Torah reading. Its purpose is to prevent anyone from touching the parchment, which is considered sacred. • Made of black acrylic resin • Central celluloid band in Vesuvian lava color • Central cap ring in sterling silver with a Roman design • Spring-loaded clip with a rotating ring • Equipped with a cartridge/converter system • Equipped with an international standard screw-in ink converter • Unique numeric code printed on the cap • Made in Italy Please review the photographs for more details and to determine the pen's condition yourself.
