Delicate Rose Gold Ring with Morganite & Diamonds From Our Workshop

Morganite, also known as "rose beryl" or "pink emerald", was first discovered in Madagascar in 1910 by the chief gemologist of the jewelry house Tiffany & Co. George Kunz named the new and attractive gemstone after the New York banker and gemstone collector John Pierpont Morgan to honor his philanthropic commitment: In fact, Morgan bequeathed his extensive collection of precious gemstones to the American Museum of Natural History in New York just three years later. The centerpiece of the ring from our workshop is a delicate pink morganite measuring five millimetres in diameter. The round facet-cut stone is set in high-carat rose gold and is held by double leaves on the left and right, which are adorned with small diamonds. Two larger diamonds in simple bezel settings lead over to the narrow ring band. We have designed the ring so that it can be worn every day: no prongs interfere or pull strings, and the structure of the ring is kept as low as the gemstone in the center allows. The ring was cast from high-carat gold according to our design in the jewelry city of Pforzheim in a small edition and then finished, polished and engraved by hand. The gemstones were then set in Idar-Oberstein. With its rare center stone, the ring stands for the rare happiness of having found someone you want to spend your whole life with. Made from gold and set with selected beautiful gemstones, this morganite ring is an ideal engagement ring for all those who appreciate delicate colors, slightly playful shapes and luxurious materials.
