*What is Le Tallec?* A workshop founded in Paris in 1930 by Camille Le Tallec, for decades supplying hand-painted porcelain to the English Royal Family, Tiffany & Co., and the Élysée Palace. Closed in 2014. Motto: "No copies, no pastiches, just work well done". Their little boxes are very rare 1. *The one with the bird of paradise* (photo 1) and 2. *The one with the red egg with raised gold* (photo - Label Gioielleria A. Gino - Palermo that imported them in the 70s/80s - Handwritten in red *"Le Tallec à Paris France"* = official signature of the workshop - Blue initials LT of the painter - Raised gold and a small golden star inside,
