DANBÉ (Jules) (1840–1905) French violinist, conductor, and composer. Autograph card signed “J. Danbé” to a doctor and friend. Paris, April 16, 1893. 2 pp., oblong in-12 format, on letterhead of the Théâtre National de l’Opéra-Comique. Violet ink. Interesting correspondence regarding the organization of concerts and the participation of musicians from the Opéra-Comique.
