Cyril Keller - Innere Sonne

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978, in the Saarland. My enthusiasm for art began in the early 1990s with graffiti. Even then, colors, shapes, and the possibility of giving my ideas a unique expression fascinated me. This passion remains the foundation of my work to this day. I was especially shaped by my teacher and mentor, the artist Parscha Mirghawameddin. I learned to paint from him. His sense for colors, his eye for composition, and his artistic experience were of great importance for my development. As his student, I was able to benefit from a knowledge and a passion that still accompany me today. I am very grateful to Parscha for sharing his experiences with me and for supporting me on my artistic path. Learning from him was a special opportunity for me. On this foundation, I developed my own visual language and found my personal approach to painting. Since 2015 I have dedicated myself with great enthusiasm to abstract art. I am especially fascinated by the squeegee technique: the interplay of color layers, the resulting structures, and the surprising forms that give each painting its own character. In the process, learned craft merges with intuition and the joy of experimentation. My paintings are intended to enliven spaces, evoke emotions, and give their viewers lasting pleasure. Each work leaves room for one's own thoughts and discoveries. It is precisely this openness that makes abstract painting so special to me: a painting can mean something different for each person and reveal new facets again and again over time. With every canvas I develop my work further — carried by my artistic roots, the valuable impulses of my teacher, and the desire to create something of my own. The canvas is unstretched and is carefully rolled up in a shipping tube for dispatch. An authenticity certificate is included with the delivery.
