Contemporary Steel Floor Lamp with Handmade Glass Shade by Cristian Herrera. Cristian Herrera 'Tulipa' floor lamp – Handcrafted French Glass and Satin Stainless Steel Base This sculptural floor lamp by Cristian Herrera combines modern industrial elegance with refined French craftsmanship. Featuring a satin-finish stainless steel base and a handmade, flat-blown glass shade, each piece is artisanally crafted in France using premium materials. The bold silhouette is defined by an elongated steel base that echoes the shape of the glass shade, magnified by 200%—a design that introduces vertical rhythm and sculptural drama. This creates a powerful visual presence, making the Tulipa lamp an ideal statement piece for contemporary or transitional interiors. The interplay between the brushed metal and luminous glass offers contrast and texture, while the soft ambient glow adds warmth and sophistication to living spaces, bedrooms, or reading areas. Both functional and expressive, it’s a collectible lighting object for design enthusiasts seeking originality and artistic vision. About the Designer Cristian Herrera Dalmau (b. 1988, Barcelona) is a Fine Arts graduate whose work bridges the disciplines of art and design. Trained in working with iron, wood, and stone, Herrera crafts unique objects that often originate in performance or installation contexts. His sculptural pieces explore the relationship between action and object, positioning him at the intersection of artist and designer. Each creation reflects a deep commitment to materiality, craftsmanship, and conceptual depth.
