contreras - 3C - Multiple models - Guitar - Spain - 1982

Beautiful 3C model study guitar, made in Madrid in 1982 by the luthier Manuel Contreras Sr., from solid, well-dried antique wood, equivalent to an entry-level concert guitar today. Cedar soundboard, mahogany sides and back, neck made of Honduras rosewood, fingerboard in Indian rosewood, bone head nuts, original machine heads, beautiful rosette. Checked and serviced by the famous luthier Yvan Charbonnier in Marseille . Augustine treble strings and Savarez Corum bass strings, high tension, these are the ones that seem to me best after several tests. Light dent in the soundboard, essentially invisible, without any impact on the sound, the wood or the varnish. Musical Instruments---
