International contemporary artist, Coco de Paris was born in the Netherlands and trained at the prestigious art schools of Antwerp and Brussels. Based in France for more than 30 years, he has developed a distinctive body of work, immediately recognizable, at the crossroads of contemporary art, design, and visual culture. His work has been shown in numerous galleries and art fairs across Europe, such as Affordable Art Fairs in Brussels and Amsterdam, selected for the MAC Paris show, Art Metz, and the Bernard Mourrier Gallery (Saint-Rémy de Provence), Carincotte Gallery (Marseille), Another Art (Belgium), Galerie Projection (Brussels), Galerie Radar (Bayeux), Galerie Cyane (Nancy), Galerie Marie Ricco (Calvi), Galerie Gour-Beneforti (Bastia). His selection for the Chelsea International Art Competition in New York also confirms the international reach of his work. Currently, Coco de Paris’s work is permanently represented in France by Art Sant Roch Gallery in Céret.
