In this edition, the responsa were numbered systematically for the first time. This numbering became the standard adopted by subsequent editions, in contrast to the first edition, published in Constantinople in 1517, which contained considerable confusion in the arrangement and numbering of the sections. The volume bears early ownership inscriptions of R. Feivel Katz Schiff of Frankfurt am Main. An old signature appears on the title page: Avraham Shmuel T.B. Another early signature, partially legible, reads: Netanel… The volume also contains early marginal glosses. 158 leaves. 29 cm. book
