According to Kuhlmann, 'the loan was completely redeemed in 1925 by Skoda Loan II. Rare. The loan was agreed between the Chinese Government's Board of Finance and Arnhold Karberg & Company, representing the Austrian bankers. The loan was tied to a contract for purchasing torpedo boat destroyers for China. Estimate: $200 - $300. Provenance: From the Yang Ai Hao Collection. 1913年中華民國中央政府六厘借款（奧國借款第一期）100鎊。由時任財政總長熊希齡簽署。據庫爾曼記載：「該借款於1925年由第二次斯柯達借款全數贖回」。罕見。此借款由中國政府財政部與代表奧地利銀行團之瑞記洋行（Arnhold Karberg & Company）協議簽訂。該借款與為中國採購魚雷驅逐艦之合約掛鉤。
