According to Kuhlmann, only 6660 and 4440 bonds remain outstanding for each variety, respectively. To finance a major project, the Tianjin-Pukou Railway, connecting the northern and eastern economic hubs. Signed by the Qing Government and British-German syndicates. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500.
