Set of 3 Beijing Chinese rugs – Bed runner – Never used – 1960-1970 We present a beautiful set of three Beijing Chinese rugs, traditionally used as bed runners. These pieces were purchased and subsequently stored, never used. Their excellent condition is clearly evident in the photographs. 100% handmade, wool on cotton, they feature a lovely traditional floral design in cream, pink, green, blue and burgundy. Period: 1960-1970 Origin: China – Beijing Material: wool on cotton Dimensions: * Large rug: 133 × 59 cm * Rug: 124 × 53 cm * Rug: 124 × 53 cm All three pieces retain their protective underside. They are in excellent, unused condition, something especially notable given their age. Both the top and bottom show that they have been stored away and well preserved. They are clean and ready to place and use, with no prior cleaning needed. Please carefully study all the photographs, both of the top and bottom, as they form part of the description and allow you to appreciate their magnificent state of conservation. A very beautiful and hard-to-find set of three old Beijing rugs unused, preserved for decades in excellent condition.
