Charles I (1625-1649), Dovey Furnace mint, Mm. crown, no stops by obv. mm., rev. plume above scroll-garnished shield, 1.44g/9h (DIG 1/A; SCBI Brooker 791, same dies; N 2355; S 2912). Reverse double-struck at top and with a couple of scratches, otherwise about very fine, toned, rare £800-£1,000.
