Henri Petitot chandelier Iconic model from the 1930s, with five horizontal arms, slender profile, stylized decoration, supporting circular cups in molded-pressed glass, completed by a central glass diffuser of inverted pyramidal shape beneath the stem. The stem is composed of 30 solid glass strips arranged within the structure, diffusing a soft light. The various glass parts are in perfect condition. The brass patina shows normal aging wear. Petitot is a French lighting manufacturer, active in Paris in the 1920s-30s and a major figure in Art Deco lighting production, combining rigor of lines, balance of proportions, and high quality of execution. High-quality glassworks in frosted, pressed, or engraved glass. The attention to detail and to light diffusion is one of the signatures of the Petitot house. Today, its works are sought after by collectors and regularly feature in sales where they are appreciated for their refinement and their representation of French Art Deco aesthetics #madeinfrance
