Chain - 18 kt. Yellow gold Coral - Antique coral necklace

Antique coral necklace with 750 gold clasp – floral design, early 20th century For sale is an elegant historical coral necklace with an intricately crafted 750 gold (18 karat) clasp, probably from the early 20th century. The necklace consists of numerous round to slightly oval coral beads in an intense, warm orange to coral red. The individual beads vary slightly in shape, size, and color intensity and display the characteristic texture of natural materials. The surfaces are nicely polished and have a pleasant sheen. A particular highlight is the artfully worked 750 gold clasp. The central closure element is designed as a stylized flower, with its relief-worked petals radially arranged. The side gold endings also echo the floral design language and create a decorative transition to the coral.
