This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Modena Balsamic Vinegar due to geological, climatic, and cultural conditions. These six 250 ml bottles of Modena Balsamic Vinegar are the fruit of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious intertwining of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents are offered to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in barrels of precious wood. This is a product with 6% acidity, whose raw material is Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, well suited to a high balance between sweetness and acidity.
