Here is the Cartier Roadster xl chronograph, reference 2618 - a powerful expression of sport-luxury style infused with Cartier's elegance and heritage. Inspired by the aerodynamic curves of classic sports cars, the Roadster collection was launched in the early 2000s and quickly became an icon. This xl Chronograph variant pushes the bold design even further with greater presence and refined chronograph functionality. This watch is in excellent condition, showing little to no wear, and has been fully serviced. Owned by a single collector, it comes in a complete set including the outer Cartier box, the presentation case, the Roadster manual booklet, and the original Cartier certificate dated 20.12.2010. It fits comfortably on wrists up to 19 cm. The 40 mm stainless steel tonneau case features a fixed bezel and Cartier's signature fluted crown, with a sapphire cabochon. The black dial of this exemplar comes from the model's first series, which is distinguished by the inclusion of a tachymeter scale, later removed in subsequent versions. It features Roman numeral hour markers, luminescent hands, three chronograph sub-dials, and a widened date window at 3 o'clock for improved legibility. A robust Calibre Cartier 8510 automatic movement powers the watch, ensuring chronometric precision and chronograph reliability. Equipped with a stainless steel bracelet and a hidden deployment clasp, the watch offers an elegant and secure fit. With 100-meter water resistance, the Roadster xl Chronograph is as functional as it is stylish, suitable for both everyday wear and refined sporting use. Now retired, the Cartier Roadster xl Chronograph 2618 remains highly collectible and admired for its blend of automobile-inspired aesthetics and horological refinement.
