Carpet - 352 cm - 250 cm - Modern Chinese rug.

Two diagonally arranged floral arrangements give this hand-knotted wool rug from China its distinctive character. The generous open center and the clear rectangular border create a calm composition, while the floral corner motifs provide decorative accents. The interior field shows a warm pink shade with peachy nuances. A narrow red-brown contour line separates it from the wide light-beige border. At the top right and bottom left, flower branches extend beyond this boundary, connecting interior field and frame. The blossoms echo cream, apricot, pink, and muted mauve tones. Gray-green leaves complement the warm color palette and provide soft contrasts. The different sizes of the flowers and the curved branches give the two arrangements a lively drawing. With 352 × 250 cm, this modern Oriental rug is suitable for spacious living areas or as a connecting element under a seating group. Light upholstered furniture, natural wood, and individual accessories in pink or sage green harmoniously echo its colors.
