Hand-knotted rug of high-quality soft wool, dyed with natural wool dye, from Assos in Northwest Turkey. In Assos live tribes that migrated from the Caucasus since the 16th century. In their new environment they have continued to knot the same carpets as in their homeland. Therefore this is an original Fachralou. The rug has a regal appearance, suitable for the floor or on the wall.
