Carnival - Elena Done

Carnival by Elena Done Painting 39.4 x 31.9 :: “Carnival”. Acrylic Oil oil pastels and oil sticks on canvas 100x81cm 2024. Throughout these melodic canvases (Masquerade and Carnival) I painted colourful networks of serpentine lines that flow hypnotically throughout the picture plane. I wanted a viewer to feel celebration and joy. Such interest in line gesture and material experimentation has always been at the heart of my painting practices. Through my paintings I hope to create an emotional resonance with viewers provoking introspection and fostering a dialogue between the artwork and the observer. It is my sincere desire that my abstract creations ignite the imagination inspire contemplation and evoke a sense of wonder and curiosity. :: Type: Painting Medium: Oil Style: Abstract Expressionism Subject: Abstract Width: 39.4 Height: 31.9 Depth: 0.7 Weight: 6.6 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
