A highly attractive three-bottle Cantillon collector’s lot, led by the particularly rare Cantillon Vin Santo, followed by Piacere and Signorina. * Cantillon Vin Santo – 75 cl – 7% ABV Bottled: 22 February 2022 Made with Trebbiano grapes. This is the highlight of the lot: Vin Santo has been discontinued and will no longer be produced by Cantillon, making existing bottles especially interesting for collectors. * Cantillon Piacere – 75 cl – 6.5% ABV Bottled: 27 October 2023 * Cantillon Signorina – 75 cl – 6.5% ABV Bottled: 15 December 2023 A special selection of Cantillon’s Italian-inspired grape lambics, combining traditional Brussels lambic with the character of Italian wine grapes. The Vin Santo 2022 is particularly noteworthy because production has ended, meaning no new vintages will follow. Together with Piacere and Signorina, this makes for an excellent and increasingly difficult-to-assemble trio for a Cantillon collection.
