(C) WINCHESTER MODEL 24 - 20 GAUGE SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN Dates to 1955. Produced from 1939 through 1958. Designed as an everyday, no frills rugged hunting shotgun. Features the blue box lock frame, solid serrated rib, single bead front sight, dual triggers, manual extractors, plain pistol grip walnut stock with black Winchester butt plate and matching beaver tail forearm. Barrel displays the proper Winchester legends. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Receiver retains the majority of its blue finish on top, sides and base with all surrounding area drifted to soft patina. Barrels retain the majority of their blue with a bit of drifting near breech and some minor age freckles. Stocks are excellent with minimal impressions. Lock up tight and displays bright bores.
