This is a phurba (also called kila), a traditional ritual three-edged dagger from Tibetan Buddhism and shamanism in the Himalayas (such as Tibet and Nepal). Dark, hand-carved wood with a weathered patina. The handle shows stacked faces—healing or demon figures (with three faces)—followed by a three-edged blade that converges to a sharp point. In the Vajrayana tradition, the phurba is not used as a physical weapon, but as a spiritual instrument to symbolically pin down negative energies, obstacles, and the 'three poisons' (ignorance, attachment, and hatred).
