Elisabeth Büchsel lernte an der Zeichenschule des Vereins der Berliner Künstlerinnen bei Conrad Fehr und Walter Leistikow, außerdem in Dresden, Paris und an der Akademie des Münchner Künstlerinnenvereins. 1917 trat sie dem Pommerschen Künstlerbund bei. Sie arbeitete auf der Insel Hiddensee und in ihrer Heimatstadt Stralsund.- Häuserwand mit kleiner Katze auf dem Fensterbrett, im Hintergrund drei Personen.- In den Ecken mit kleiner Lochstelle. Elisabeth Büchsel studied at the drawing school of the Association of Berlin Women Artists under Conrad Fehr and Walter Leistikow, as well as in Dresden, Paris, and at the Academy of the Munich Women Artists' Association. In 1917, she joined the Pomeranian Artists' Association.
