Art Deco brooch with rose-cut diamonds Refined Art Deco brooch crafted in a geometrically openwork design with a central flower-basket motif. The front is made in platinum and richly set with rose-cut diamonds, while the reverse side and pin construction are in 14-karat gold (XRF-tested). The combination of clean lines, symmetry and floral ornamentation is characteristic of the Art Deco period. The brooch is set with rose-cut diamonds of approximately 0.5–1.0 mm, in total about 124 pieces. The diamonds are incorporated into both the surrounding frame and the decorative basket-and-flower motif, giving a subtle and elegant sparkle.
