Kupferguß nach dem Prinzip der verlorenen Form (à cire perdu) - feuervergoldet, H: 16 cm. Erworben 1978 in Hannover | Bronze statue of Tara. NEPAL, 19th century or earlier. Depicted in the Lalitasana (Beautiful Pose) seated posture on a lotus throne, in the gesture of bestowing blessings. In her right hand, she holds the stem of a lotus flower.
