Bonbonnière en émail cloisonné - Jewellery box - Brass

Superb enamel cloisonné candy box / jewelry box – floral decorative motif – refined vintage piece Very elegant small antique or vintage enamel cloisonné box, adorned with a delicate multicolored floral design. A particularly decorative piece, both precious for its artisanal craftsmanship and practical as a candy box, jewelry box, or small presentation casket. This pretty box stands out for its cloisonné enamel decoration, a particularly refined decorative technique involving delimiting the different areas of the motif with fine metal partitions before applying the colored enamels. The result is a bright and especially elegant pattern. The floral motif adds a lot of charm to the whole: flowers and foliage are harmoniously arranged on the surface of the box, creating a rich decoration while maintaining beautiful finesse. The varying shades of enamel give depth to the motif and subtly change the appearance of the piece depending on the light. The decoration evokes traditional oriental decorative art floral motifs, highly appreciated in art objects and small collectible pieces. The stylized flowers are highlighted by the fine metal separations characteristic of cloisonné. The juxtaposition of colors and metal lines creates an extremely decorative mosaic effect. The box can be displayed both closed and open in a display cabinet. See photos for more details Careful shipping and tracking
