Berkeley #6 - Jaren Dahlstrom

Berkeley #6 by Jaren Dahlstrom Painting 36.0 x 24.0 :: This artwork features an interesting blend of geometric shapes and abstract forms. The central focus is a vivid red rectangle with a black rectangular hole in its middle. This red shape disrupts a series of horizontal stripes that are aligned behind it. The stripes alternate in color between various shades of blue and pure black. Interspersed between the blue and black stripes are segments of an abstract colorful reflection with undulating forms in green yellow purple red and blue. The combination of the rigid geometry of the stripes and the organic free-flowing shapes of the reflection creates a striking contrast. The use of colors is bold with the bright red rectangle drawing immediate attention against the cooler blue tones and the black stripes which provide a sense of depth. :: Type: Painting Medium: Acrylic Style: Abstract Subject: Abstract Width: 36.0 Height: 24.0 Depth: 1.7 Weight: 25 lbs Framed: yes :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
