Benjamin Rabier - Gedeon / Roudoudou - 1923

Fascinating edition of this illustrated album by Benjamin Rabier that features two of the most endearing animal characters in the author's universe, the famous duck Gédéon and the dog Roudoudou, in an adventure where friendship, curiosity, and the everyday adventures take center stage - The story rests on the meeting and the relationships between these two heroes with different but complementary temperaments. Gédéon, always impulsive, adventurous and ready to dive into the most unexpected situations, often leads those around him into risky enterprises, while Roudoudou stands out more for his loyalty, generosity, and good sense - Together, they experience a succession of episodes where games, movements, discoveries, and comic incidents multiply. Each new initiative by Gédéon becomes the occasion for misunderstandings, clumsiness, or misadventures from which the two companions try to get out with courage and ingenuity - Benjamin Rabier - Gedeon / Roudoudou - 1923 - Garnier Frères - 48 Pages.
