Bausch (certified) - Violin bow - Germany (No reserve price)

A beautiful and rare 4/4 violin bow attributed to Ludwig Bausch, Dresden, 1840. The round stick is of excellent construction with very nice grain. In places it is flame figured and bent, and feels of medium hardness. The bow has no cracks or splits in the stick; a repair at the frog is visible. The bow should be immediately playable as is. Good luck with the bidding; may you enjoy playing. The stick length is 74 cm.
