B684 - 530 x 150 cm - Tweed in 100% Pura Lana di Biella...

This extraordinary cut of fabric represents the quintessence of Italian textile excellence, safeguarded within the historic manufacturing tradition of Biella’s district. Made in 100% pure wool, it stands out for the refined combination of the classic herringbone weave and the unmistakable bouclé tweed texture. Visually, the pattern plays on an elegant neutral base in light beige/nuanced taupe and cream tones, lightly speckled with characteristic colored flecks inserted in the yarn. Fleeting touches of blue, red, yellow and rust break the rigidity of the zig-zag rhythm, giving the fabric depth, movement, and a chic yet contemporary look. To the touch, the fabric feels soft, warm, and pleasantly tactile. The surface, subtly undulated by the bouclé work, offers a full, enveloping hand with a rich texture, while maintaining a fluid, soft drape. It measures 530 cm by 150 cm and weighs 3.0 kg, about 375 g/m², making it ideal for structured yet comfortable outerwear. The generous yardage makes it perfect for impactful sartorial projects: it’s the ideal fabric for winter coats with a tasteful retro flair, enveloping capes, suits, or the iconic haute-couture-inspired structured jackets. At the same time, the robustness and refinement of wool allow for successful use in home décor as well, to upholster designer armchairs or create decorative cushions that warm and embellish any space.
