INGRAVITABLE FOREST 163 is part of a series inspired by Magritte and contemporary surrealism. This work is part of a series that sublimates the natural and the impossible in a single vision. In “Ingravitable Forest,” the trunks float without roots, stripped of the gravity that anchors them to the ground. The landscape becomes the stage for the improbable: a forest that is not sustained by the laws of physics, but by the rules of imagination. The reference to Magritte is not accidental: like him, the artist invites us to contemplate a world where the everyday becomes strange, and the impossible, evident. The trees suspended in the air compel us to rethink the concept of what is organic and stable, while the chromatic play — with electric blues, incandescent reds, and deep shadows — intensifies the dreamlike atmosphere. This series raises essential questions: What happens when we take the weight out of nature? Can zero gravity reveal another dimension of the landscape, one more emotional than physical? “Ingravitable Forest” is both a metaphor and a provocation, a visual liberation act that defies logic to reveal a new poetic space. “Ingravitable Forest” by itself already evokes a powerful image: floating trees that challenge not only physics but also our perception of what a forest should be. - About the artist: The artist has exhibited her work in Almería, Spain; Dortmund, Germany; Porto Alegre, Brazil; the College of Spain in Paris; Galería Art & Planét, Paris, France; Los Angeles, California, USA; Montreal, Canada; Vienna, Austria; Barcelona, Spain; New York, USA, among others. - Technical details of the work: Acrylic on high-quality cotton canvas Dimensions: 100 cm x 75 cm (+ extra margin) Signed on the back and protected with varnish Certificate of originality personally signed - Note: The colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and the lighting in the space where the photograph was taken.
