BOSQUE INGRÁVIDO 149 is part of a series inspired by Magritte and contemporary surrealism. This work is part of a series that sublimates the natural and the impossible in a single vision. In “BOSQUE INGRÁVIDO,” trunks float without roots, stripped of the gravity that ties them to the ground. The landscape becomes a stage for the improbable: a forest that does not sustain itself by the laws of physics, but by the rules of imagination. The reference to Magritte is not accidental: like him, the artist invites us to contemplate a world where the everyday becomes strange, and the impossible, evident. The trees suspended in the air compel us to rethink the concept of what is organic and what is stable, while the chromatic play — with electric blues, incandescent reds and deep shadows — intensifies the dreamlike atmosphere. This series raises essential questions: What happens when we remove weight from nature? Can weightlessness reveal another dimension of the landscape, one more emotional than physical? “BOSQUE INGRÁVIDO” is both a metaphor and a provocation, a visual liberation act that challenges logic to reveal a new poetic space. “BOSQUE INGRÁVIDO” already evokes a powerful image: floating trees that challenge not only physics but also our perception of what a forest should be. -Sobre la artista: The artist has exhibited her work in Almería, Spain; Dortmund, Germany; Porto Alegre, Brazil; Colegio de España in Paris; Galería Art & Planét, Paris, France; Los Angeles, California, USA; Montreal, Canada; Vienna, Austria; Barcelona, Spain; New York, USA, among others. -Detalles técnicos de la obra: Acrylic on high-quality cotton canvas Dimensions: 100 cm x 75 cm (± generous margin) Signed on the back and protected with varnish Original certificate of authenticity hand-signed -Nota aclaratoria: Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and lighting in the space where the photograph was taken.
