B.G. Macina Acciaio Garantito - Coffee grinder - Icon of...

The essence of real Italian coffee: a piece of history in your kitchen. Relive the authentic atmosphere of ancient Italian roasteries with this splendid and emblematic hand-grind coffee grinder signed B.G., a true masterpiece of functionality and warm 20th-century artisanal craftsmanship. With its warm tones of solid wood, the sturdy metal crank and the red-and-white enamelled diamond-shaped badge, this coffee grinder is not only a historic utensil, but a refined decorative accessory capable of imparting immediate personality and vintage charm to any setting or designer kitchen. The inscription "Macina Acciaio Garantito" on the precious front metal badge attests to the build quality typical of Italian craftsmanship of the era. The historic Italian coffee grinder manufacturers (such as B.G., Tre Spade and Giosè) made the durability of the tempered steel burrs and the precision of the grind setting their hallmark, enabling the grind to be perfect for moka or Neapolitan coffee. In extraordinarily preserved condition, fixed with original rivets on the wooden front. Openable metal dome, crank with pivot and turned wooden knob, plus the four stylized lower protective feet to ensure maximum stability during grinding. Under the base is visible a handwritten vintage mark or code (4CF / 990), a fascinating detail that traces its history or its belonging to a historical collection/inventory. Antique Italian coffee grinders equipped with the original badge and in this aesthetic condition are increasingly sought after by international collectors of vintage tools (Coffee Antiques) and by interior designers for setups of venues, bars, roasteries and stylish homes.
