Two classic leather bicycle saddles – Lepper & Brooks B73 – Vintage cycling history Two iconic names from the history of cycling, brought together in one characterful lot! This special set consists of two classic leather bicycle saddles from the renowned brands Lepper and Brooks. Both feature a metal spring construction, an authentic look, and visible traces of a rich cycling past. 1. Lepper – Brown leather bicycle saddle A characterful saddle from the historic brand Lepper, known for its traditional leather saddles and sturdy spring constructions. This specimen features a nicely shaped brown leather saddle cover with the original Lepper logo in relief. The metal framework is equipped with striking, robust suspension. The leather shows a strongly lived-in look with clear craquelure and damage. 2. Brooks B73 – Black leather bicycle saddle A classic from the famous English brand Brooks, which has existed since 1866. The B73 model was originally introduced in 1935 and is distinguished by its special triple suspension: two rear springs and an extra spiral spring at the front. The offered example is finished in black leather with metal rivets. On the side sits the original blind stamp: GENUINE LEATHER – BROOKS – B73. A characteristic design from the rich English cycling tradition.
