Refined lounge chair of Italian excellence craftsmanship, upholstered in full-grain bovine leather and fine high-joinery details in walnut wood. A piece with a strong scenographic character, high-quality full-grain bovine leather presents itself in a clouded camel tone, revealing itself extraordinarily soft, full-bodied, and elastic. The clouded finish creates warm tonal transitions that enhance the sumptuous cushioning, while the backrest features a shaped, stitched aperture in a shell-like pattern (conch-shell effect) designed to offer maximum ergonomic comfort. The seat cushion is fully removable and detachable, with a lower side in quilted technical fabric and a Velcro safety anchor at the base. The supporting architectural element is the splendid perimeter frame entirely made of walnut wood, sculpted with curved and fluid lines. This shell does not stop at the base, but encircles and lifts the entire structure, defining its profile with an elegant visible molding that follows the anatomical shapes of the seat. The pinnacle of this work is expressed on the front uprights of the armrests, where the solid walnut develops into a carved scroll that encloses a precious perforated inlay of Vienna straw, finished with a glossy protective mirror-like lacquer. This lounge chair represents the essence of comfort and the savoir-faire of Made in Italy. A functional sculpture, where the warm materiality of full-grain leather meets the nobility of contoured walnut wood. Thanks to its pristine condition and the rarity of the perforated details on the armrests, it is a piece ready to be placed in a gallery, in a high-representation professional studio, or in the heart of a design lounge. The item will be prepared for transport with the utmost care. Given the nature and value of the materials, a professional protective packaging on a pallet with insurance is preferred. Code 303 NB. As these are antique objects, there may be cracks, stains, small missing parts, signs of age, etc. Please review the photos carefully.
