Primo GMT Bronze is a diver built with a material that very few actually use: solid marine bronze CuSn6, the alloy employed in the naval environment to withstand seawater. Not a coating, not a surface treatment applied to steel: the case, bezel and crown are bronze through and through, from the exterior to the core. This is what makes each piece different from all the others. Bronze reacts to air, skin, and salt spray, and over time develops a patina that no other watch will have: it darkens in the engravings, it lightens where sleeve wear shines it. When you buy an Arcaido you are not buying a finished object, but an object that keeps evolving. The GMT function allows you to read a second time zone thanks to a fourth central hand, paired with the 24-hour scale printed on the dial: home time remains on the main hands, the second time zone is read on the 24-hour scale, with quick time-zone and date adjustment.
