Antoni Tàpies – Sala Gaspar, Barcelona – 1971 Original vintage poster created for the Antoni Tàpies exhibition held at Sala Gaspar in Barcelona in December 1971. The composition reproduces a characteristic graphic work by Tàpies, with gestural strokes and an intense combination of black, yellow, gray and red. At the top appears the name of the prestigious Sala Gaspar and, at the bottom, the inscription “Barcelona – December – 1971”. Antoni Tàpies's signature is part of the poster’s print; it is not hand-signed. Original 1971 specimen, printed on paper and kept unframed. Condition is good for its age. It has no tears, holes, tape, or restorations. Only some very light creases at the corners and small signs of aging, clearly shown in the photographs. A large-format piece with strong decorative presence, especially interesting for collectors of Antoni Tàpies, Spanish contemporary art, and original exhibition posters. Dimensions: 90 × 65 cm.
