Rare ANRI Toriart Chess Set "Charlemagne" (Carlo Magno) (1960s/1970s) – 11.5 cm Pieces – Perfect Condition with Original Case Splendid and prestigious vintage collectible figurative chess set, produced by the renowned Italian maker ANRI (Toriart line) in Val Gardena between the late 1960s and early 1970s. The set is inspired by the historical figures of Charlemagne's medieval court. • Conditions: Perfect and flawless (Mint condition). All 32 pieces are structurally 100% intact: they show no chips, cracks, glued parts, or color losses—defects unfortunately common on lances, crowns, and horses of this series. • Dimensions: This is the prized large tabletop version. The King measures exactly 115.60 mm (measured with a digital caliper). • Authenticity: 100% original and verified. There are the two original period stamps under the base of the main pieces (gold oval "Toriart" sticker and rectangular "ANRI"). The case bears the original silvery metal seal "ANRI Italy" on the bottom. • Case: Original maple wood case with custom-shaped inner compartments to protect each piece individually.
