Roman Bronze Ring with Oval Bezel – 2nd to 4th Century AD A Roman Imperial bronze finger ring featuring a substantial circular hoop that broadens smoothly toward a prominent oval bezel. The bezel is now heavily worn and partially obscured by mineral deposits, with no clearly identifiable engraved motif surviving on its surface. Its robust one-piece construction and gradually expanding shoulders are characteristic of bronze finger rings widely used throughout the Roman Empire during the Imperial period. The piece preserves an attractive dark brown and green archaeological patina with extensive surface deposits and wear consistent with considerable age. Material: Bronze Culture: Roman Empire Dimensions: 1.9 x 2.0 gr Weight: 3.81 gr Provenance: Acquired in Germany at an Auction House. We guarantee the authenticity of the pieces, backed by the combined experience of our experts spanning more than 40 years. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be sent digitally by email. This item has been legally acquired under European Law.
