Roman Bronze Ring with Large Oval Bezel – 3rd to 4th Century AD A Roman bronze finger ring featuring a broad oval bezel rising smoothly from a comparatively slender hoop. The bezel is undecorated or heavily worn, with its original surface now largely obscured by age-related abrasion and mineral deposits. The simple integrated construction, expanded shoulders and large oval face are characteristic of Roman rings of the later Imperial period. The piece preserves extensive archaeological patination and surface encrustation, giving it a strongly aged appearance consistent with prolonged burial. Material: Bronze Culture: Roman Empire Dimensions: 2.1 x 2.3 cm Weight: 6.23 gr Provenance: Acquired in Germany at an Auction House. We guarantee the authenticity of the pieces, backed by the combined experience of our experts spanning more than 40 years. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be sent digitally by email. This item has been legally acquired under European Law.
