Roman Empire Bronze Ring with Cross-Hatched Bezel – 2nd to 4th Century AD A Roman bronze finger ring featuring a slender circular hoop supporting a flat round bezel decorated with a deeply incised cross-hatched lattice pattern. The intersecting engraved lines create a simple geometric design characteristic of decorative bronze rings produced throughout the Roman provinces during the Imperial period. The surface preserves a dark brown-green archaeological patina with areas of lighter mineralization and wear consistent with prolonged burial. Despite its simple construction, the neatly arranged lattice decoration gives the ring a distinctive and attractive appearance. Material: Bronze Dimensions: 1.7 x 1.2 cm Weight: 5.85 gr Provenance: Acquired in Germany at an Auction House. We guarantee the authenticity of the pieces, backed by the combined experience of our experts spanning more than 40 years. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be sent digitally by email. This item has been legally acquired under European Law.
