All auctions / Contemporary Art / Ana Patitú (1982) - Be Ready (Gompa) XL
In this series, the swimmer stands at the edge of the unknown, facing an unpredictable sea. Her small figure contrasts with the vastness of the ocean, evoking the bravery to dive into the uncertain. Each work invites reflection on the beginning of a journey, human fragility, and the emotional connection with water as a symbol of the infinite. TECHNICAL DATA: -Acrylic on cotton-polyester canvas. -One-of-a-kind and original painting. -Signed and dated by the artist behind the canvas. -A certificate of authenticity is attached. -The work is intended to stretch on a 90x90 cm frame. The canvas measures about 5 cm more on each side. -The work is shipped without frame or stretcher. -The work is shipped rolled to minimize damage and reduce transport costs. - Gallery images are montages created with AI or rendering programs, to give an idea of how the painting might look framed and hung in various environments. The sizes are indicative. - Colors on the screen may vary slightly from the real colors of the painting. - The canvas may show wrinkles inherent to the different material load. It is recommended to take it to a specialist to tension it well on a frame. - If you open it to view and roll it again ALWAYS ensure that the painted side is facing outward.
