AN ELIZABETH II 1897 PATTERN OFFICERS SWORD AND SCABBARD. An 1897 Pattern sword with an 82 cm pointed unsharpened blade with deep fuller, decorated with a Royal Arms and cypher. With a three-quarter basket hilt with turned down inner edge and E II R cypher amongst scrolling decoration. With brown leather service scabbard and leather sword knot. Marked to the ricasso with the previous owner's name M.J. Humme 532558. 103 cm overall.
