Beautiful antique painting of the "WASHINGTON CONFERENCE ON LIMITATION OF ARMAMENT IN THE PAN AMERICAN BUILDING IN NOVEMBER 1921". The conference took place from November 12, 1921 to February 6, 1922 and was organized by the United States in Washington, D.C.
