Antique cigarette holder featuring a carved amber-colored mouthpiece and a central meerschaum barrel. The barrel exhibits a natural cream-colored patina and is secured between two sterling silver mounts decorated with chased floral and foliate scrollwork. The mouthpiece is shaped with a bulbous end, while the wider smoking end shows charring consistent with use. Accompanied by a custom-fitted, hinged wooden case with a dark brown leatherette exterior and a burgundy velvet interior lining featuring a brass-toned metal clasp.
