Alessi - Alessandro Mendini

Alessi — design lot of 4 objects — Anna G., Girotondo and inox citrus juicer Colorfully assembled lot of four Alessi objects, where playful design and daily use meet. The lot consists of: • Anna G.-corkscrew by Alessandro Mendini, with turquoise dress, contrasting orange collar and chrome-plated parts. The smiling face and movable arms make this design immediately recognizable. • Large green Girotondo basket by King-Kong, the design duo Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini. Executed in lacquered metal with the characteristic pattern of cut-out figures. • Smaller black Girotondo basket, also with the recognizable figurine motif. At the bottom marked “A di Alessi — Italy — King-Kong”. • Hand-operated Alessi citrus juicer in inox 18/10, with press cone, perforated sieve section and collection bowl. Marked “Alessi — Inox 18/10 — Italy”. Condition: All four objects have been used.
