AGUSTÍ RIGALT CORTIELLA (1836-1899). Designs for ironwork, stained glass, pinnacles and a Manises plate. 14 pencil and watercolor drawings on paper. One of the door designs with the inscription "Metalysteria. Casa de las conchas. Salamanca" and dated 1883; and another dated 1885, on the reverse. The stained glass designs, with the annotation "Pedralbes", and on the reverse, dated August 29, 1889. 43.5x33.5 cm (the largest) and 23.5x11 cm (the smallest). Similar drawings are preserved in the Royal Catalan Academy of Fine Arts of Saint George and in the Historical Archive of Barcelona. Provenance: Agustí Rigalt Cortiella, son of Lluís Rigalt Farriols, died without issue and all the works that were in his studio passed to the relatives of Agustín's wife, Emilia Buxeres. The Roig family kept the collection in 1923 (date of her death) and by inheritance to their descendants.
