A superb painting from the: Movement of Brut and Outsider Art, blending patches of vibrant color, marked textures, and a mystical iconography. Aconcha (born in Havana in 1946), based in France and a figure of outsider art, the artist's universe is deeply anchored in Afro-Crench? Afro-Cuban culture and inspired by the Orishas (the divinities of the Yoruba pantheon), with enigmatic figures whose faces are superimposed and secret signs.
