(Warner Bros., 1964) A hand-painted cel and original background from "The Incredible Mr. Limpet." This art was originally from the personal collection of the film's writer-producer, John C. Rose. Mr. Limpet has an image size of 2.5" x 8.25" on a 10.5" x 12.5" cel, while the background measures 10.75" x 14". The cel is in good condition with spots of paint loss throughout, while the background exhibits spots of paint loss, edge wear, paint transfer, and pinholes at the corners from production use. The piece retains a provenance label from the John C. Rose estate at lower left corner.
